By accessing or using RedMRP's manufacturing resource planning platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
RedMRP provides a cloud-based manufacturing resource planning platform designed for FDA-regulated manufacturers. The Service includes formulation management, inventory control, MRP planning, purchase order management, work order management, quality control, and related features.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not select a plan, your account will be paused but your data will be retained.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your manufacturing data, formulations, inventory records, or any other content you create within the platform. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
The Service is designed to support compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements including electronic records, electronic signatures, and audit trails. However, compliance is a shared responsibility. You are responsible for establishing and following appropriate standard operating procedures, training your personnel, and validating the system for your specific use case.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or other issues resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, using the Service for any illegal purpose, interfering with the operation of the Service, or reverse engineering any part of the platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies, except where retention is required by law or regulation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedMRP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
